I build the operating systems that growing companies run on.

That's not a tagline. It's what I've spent 16 years doing.

Ford Motor Company

I built the analytics infrastructure for a global indirect procurement function. A 15-person team across three regions, a data model consolidating 17 systems, and the company's first unified view of procurement activity.

$30M cost optimizations enabled
$30B annual spend visibility
17 systems consolidated

Mondelēz International

Led data and analytics for the LATAM supply chain. Modernized the data architecture, integrated 60 sources into GCP, and built the governance framework that made the platform reliable enough to actually base decisions on.

60 data sources integrated
50% faster demand planning
98% data accuracy achieved

EMMI · Now

Director of Strategy and Corporate Platform at a renewable energy company operating across Mexico. In months: full org redesign, 40+ governing documents, and a custom supplier lifecycle management platform built from scratch in Next.js. The company had people and projects. Now it has an operating system.

40+ policies and procedures built
4 departments led
0→1 custom platform built

I've also seen what happens when companies don't build this infrastructure — and what it costs the people inside them. That's the other reason Elrrich exists.

What I believe about work

01

Systems should make work flow, not add weight. Most companies build the opposite — processes that slow things down, tools nobody uses, org structures that create confusion instead of clarity. The goal is always to build less, but build it right.

02

Good leadership is a discipline, not a personality. The leaders who succeed aren't necessarily the loudest or the most charismatic. They're the ones with the clearest thinking, the most honest read of reality, and the systems that let them make good decisions consistently.

03

Clarity is a competitive advantage. Most companies are drowning in noise — meetings, reports, dashboards, and decisions that don't connect to anything. The organizations that win know what matters and have built everything around it.

The Standard

Leadership that actually works.

A weekly newsletter on the real work of leading. The decisions, systems, and discipline that make organizations function under pressure. Not motivation. Not theory. Work.

Work with me

Ready to build properly?

I work with a small number of companies at a time — founder-led or operator-run, between 20 and 150 people, past the spreadsheet phase and not yet at enterprise scale. If something's broken, reach out.
