Six sessions.

These are one-on-one sessions. Six of them, on the thing you are actually stuck in. Usually it is a job nobody defined. A team handed over with a title and no success criteria. Decisions that keep routing back through you because you are the only one who knows where the edges are.

I do not start with a framework. The first sessions are diagnosis and they produce nothing you can put in a slide, because the problem you bring me is almost never the problem you have. You leave with a framework, but it is built from your patterns, not pulled off a shelf.

How the six sessions run

One. Context. What you are running, what you think the problem is, what you want to work on. I give you something to think about before we meet again.

Two. I start digging. I ask a lot of questions and we run through scenarios until something moves.

Three. By now I can see the pattern, the thing you keep doing that you cannot get out of. This is the session where I stop being agreeable and start asking the hard questions.

Four. You will probably arrive defensive. I usually open by telling you about a time I was in the same place, what I tried, and which parts of it did not work.

Five and six. The correction. We tune the specific behaviors, and you leave with a plan built around your patterns rather than someone else's framework.

The details

Sixty minutes each, six to ten weeks, $1,500 paid upfront. Between sessions I read your real documents. The deck, the email draft, the thing you are about to walk into. I take three people at a time.

If the problem is a skills gap and nothing more, a book is cheaper. If you want permission to keep avoiding a decision you have already made, I am the wrong person.

Not ready for that. The Standard OS is the same operating ideas, without the six sessions, $199.

Not sure either fits. Tell me the situation. I read everything.
